Abstract

This final technical report summarizes the design of an advanced computer-based system for the performance and management of indications and warning (I&W) analysis. In addition to a preliminary software design, the report summarizes work in these areas: development of a model of warning analysis; measures of warning analysis performance; and methods of warning analysis.
