Abstract

This report covers three volumes: Volume I presents a review of candidate manual information storage and retrieval systems and the identification of a manual system to suit the needs of CEL and its user community: Volume II is a user's manual describing the procedures for utilization of the Physical Security Data Management System developed for the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Laboratory (CEL)), Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California: Volume III presents the system outputs of the Physical Security Data Management System.
