Abstract

This report presents an evaluation of the paper presented and the discussion held during the AGARD Fluid Dynamics Panel symposium on Aerodynamics Characteristics of Controls held 14-17 May 1979 in Pozzuoli, Italy. A brief discussion of the presentations and discussions is followed by a summary of conclusions and recommendations for action.
