Review of the CONARC Systems Engineering of Training Program and Its Implementation of the United States Army Aviation School

Abstract

This report reviews a pioneering effort to use modern training technology in designing and implementing training courses for a large-scale system. Information on the systems engineering of Army Aviation training and on the CONARC regulation it was designed to comply with is provided. Conclusions and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the systems engineering of training are presented.
