An Analysis of Completion Times at Various Army Training Centers of Programmed Instruction Materials for MOS 71 B 10, MOS 71 H 20, & MOS 71 B 20/30.

Abstract

This report describes a project to determine the extent of differences in course material completion time at Army Training Centers, and to identify ways to predict course completion times. Analyses of variance were run on both predictor and dependent variables, and results are presented here. Appendices contain tables that display data on: (1) correlations among predictor variables, and between predictor variables and dependent variables; ad (2) regression coefficients and multiple correlations between predictors and dependent variables.
