Military Adaptation of Kevlar for Portable Bridge Reinforcement Cables.

Abstract

This report prepared by Tension Member Technology, presents the findings of adapting existing small and large Kevlar Ropes to Military Bridging. The data obtained during the program was used to construct large diameter cables for reinforcement on a rapidly emplaced, portable military bridge. (Author)
