Nonparametric Bayesian Estimation of the Horizontal Distance between two Populations.

Abstract

The horizontal distance delta (X) =1/G (F(x)) -x has been shown by Doksum (1974) to be a useful measure of difference, at each x, between the populations defined by continuous distribution functions F(x) and G(x).
