Abstract
This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Examination of available documents and visual inspection of the Lusk Reservoir Dam and appurtenant structures did not reveal conditions which are considered to be unsafe. No remedial measures are required to assure the safety of the dam at the present time. Certain measures are recommended.
