Introduction of Women into Work Groups in Traditionally Male Career Fields: Annotated Bibliography.

Abstract

The purpose of this annotated bibliography is to identify prior research relevant to the individual, group, and organizational factors involved in the introduction of women into work groups in traditionally male career fields. This research revealed that most of the literature has been concerned with the problems that women experience rather than those methods which give insights to alleviating the problems of women in non-traditional careers.
