Abstract

The FAA Communications Cost Model User's Guide provides information regarding applications, requirements, and operation of the model, describes user input data and procedures for setting up a run, and gives a sample problem showing how each data card is set up. Appendixes provide facilities and equipment (F&E) and operations and maintenance (O&M) parameters assumed in the model and describe each output report.
