Packet Radio Deployment Study.

Abstract

This report documents the results of the Packet Radio Deployment Study whose objective is to assess the potential of the Packet Radio technology for satisfying communications requirements in the military environment. The focus of this study has been on the following three tasks: Enhancements of the Packet Radio Simulation Program (PRSIM); Implementation of a Military Scenario Model; and Design, Routing and Performance Analysis of Packet Radio Networks for the Military Scenarios.
