Measurement of Thermophysical Properties of Epoxy/Diamine Polymers and Associated Additive Properties.

Abstract

This report describes work done on several epoxy/diamine polymers. The goal of this work was to determine the coefficient of thermal expansion, specific heat capacity, and the structure to property relationship. Also the density, coefficient of thermal expansion, and heat capacity were predicted using the method of additive parameters. A comparison between the experimental and predicted properties was made to determine the accuracy of this method. (Author)
