Abstract

The conduct of research into the nature and use of advanced command and control (C2) computer-based decision and forecasting systems requires effort in the C2 computer-based systems design, development, demonstration, transfer, and documentation areas. This report examines the design and development (D2) of generic microcomputer-based systems via the identification and evaluation of DBMSs and statistical analytical systems/routines.
