Afro-Arab Economic Relations,

Abstract

This paper attempts to clarify some of the obstacles facing social scientists and political observers in their efforts to comprehend the Afro-Arab economic relationship. It then proceeds to summarize how this relationship has been described in the literature. It outlines a theoretical framework within which the Afro-Arab economic relationship can be understood and analyzes the scope and terms of this relationship. The paper concludes with some reflections on the limitations and future course of this relationship. (Author)
