Work Force Training and Development for the 1980s.

Abstract

A detailed analysis of the current training and development program in the Corps of Engineers, US Army. Future needs are assessed and current shortcomings are identified. Recommendations are made to enhance Corps training of its employees to meet the challenges of the 1980's within the parameters established under the Civil Service Reform Act (CSRA). (Author)
