Spline Approximation for Autonomous Nonlinear Functional Differential Equations.

Abstract

Based on abstract approximation results in semigroup theory, an approximation scheme for nonlinear autonomous functional-differential equations with globally Lipschitzean right-hand side was developed. The scheme can be realized by using spline approximation of the state.
