Recursive Forecasting System for Person-Job Match.

Abstract

The overall objective of this research effort was to investigate the applicability of time series analysis, state space modeling, and forecasting techniques to prediction of Person-Job Match (PJM) time series. This work was undertaken in order to provide more accurate input data for PJM and thereby yield higher payoffs to the Air Force.
