Provides an evaluation of the cost effectiveness of the implementation of SAMSO-STD-73-2C, with tailoring on the AMaRV program. Contains historical background on the development of the control documents used for parts management and test. Conclusions drawn from results of the program, lessons learned, and recommendations for future programs are contained in the text. Appendices include parts screening and destructive physical analysis (DPA) summary data.
