Acoustically Scanned Optical Imaging Devices

Abstract

We have carried out ZnO deposition at a rate of 18 micrometers per hour and obtained films comparable to single crystal. We have made a ZnO on Si Sezawa mode correlator with -50 dBm efficiency, and we have also constructed the first monolithic Schottky diode storage correlator on silicon.
