Abstract

This guidebook assists Air Force Program Office engineering and management personnel in interpreting and applying the principles of Software Testing and Evaluation to the acquisition of airborne systems software. The guidebook describes the planning and testing activities necessary to insure successful software testing. It presents checklists and references to supplement information in government documents and to summarize data from professional journals and books. (Author)
