Abstract

ZIPCAP is a zero-one integer program developed to solve multiactivity multifacility capacity/constrained assignment problems. The objective in such problems is an assignment that minimizes the sum of the variable costs and fixed costs. This document describes ZIPCAP and provides guidelines for its use. Illustrative areas of application, program options, and test problems are included. (Author)
