Two-Stage Servovalve Development Using a First-Stage Fluidic Amplifier

Abstract

This study of first-stage fluidic amplifier usage to date in two-stage servovalves compares first-stage hydraulic amplifiers (torque motor, flapper-nozzle valve) and first-stage fluidic amplifier. Present trends in fluidic servovalve development are also discussed. (Author)
