Final Environmental Impact Statement on Debris Removal from Boston Harbor, Massachusetts. Revision.

Abstract

This report describes a project for a one-time cleanup program to rid Boston Harbor of its sources of debris. These sources have presented a potential hazard to navigation, and have suppressed land values. The sources of the debris are cited in the report, the environmental impacts are considered, and alternatives presented. (Author)
