Abstract

The ships studied were the CV 61, CV 64, DD 972, DD 976, DDG 13, FF 1063, LST 1185, and LST 1191. It is recommended that the activities necessary in the various types of shipboard compartments and the procedure for assigning ship spaces to airborne noise categories be documented more systematically.
