CCD Applications Study.

Abstract

This report discusses the design and modeling of CCD split-gate filter structures, both surface-channel and buried-channel. It also includes initial design of recursive filter structures which can be implemented without the use of op amps in either CCD or switched-capacitor form. (Author)
