Raster to Lineal Conversion Software.

Abstract

The purpose of the Raster of Lineal Conversion Software is to produce lineal feature files from data which has been digitized by raster scanning of the cartographic source. The particular objectives of this effort are to identify and correct shortcomings of the existing Raster to Lineal Conversion Software, and, secondly, to design and implement output modules to provide multiple output formats to facilitate editing of manuscripts.
