Application of a Health Service Growth Model to Determine the Management Requirements of Health Service Providers.

Abstract

This study was an attempt to present a method by which the identification of the hospital CEO/CO can be determined through the use of a model which considers facility management requirements and orientations. The conclusion drawn was that CEO/CO selection should be based upon the respective orientations of the system rather than professional credentials alone.
