On the Initial Value Problem for a Nonlinear Schroedinger Equation.

Abstract

In this paper we study conditions that ensure existence and uniqueness of solution to the initial value problem for the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. Many known results in the one dimensional space are extended to the higher dimensional cases. We also establish bounds and investigate decay properties for the solution. (Author)
