A Model for Matching Training Approaches with Training Settings.

Abstract

This Interim Report describes a preliminary model for evaluating specific training approaches and/or innovations in relation to specific training settings. The evaluation is accomplished by systematically comparing the characteristics of the approach/innovation with the corresponding characteristics or requirements of the setting. The function of the model is to aid in eliciting and arranging information so that all relevant information is obtained and arrayed in a way that facilitates decision-making. (Author)
