Abstract

This report summarizes results of the third AF Quality of Life study accomplished in 1980. Major trends identified across the three studies center on increasing dissatisfaction with the economic aspects of military life, accompanied by smaller, but nevertheless positive, shifts in satisfaction with some of the non-economic factors such as work, leadership/supervision, equity, and personal growth.
