The Future of US-Japan Military Relations, 1990-2000,

Abstract

This paper reviews the current security relations which exist bwtween the United States and Japan. It identifies some prominent trends and concludes that the complexities of the US-Japan political-economic-security relationships are so complex that a great deal of study is required if the United States desires to have a stronger and more beneficial relationship with Japan by the end of the century.
