On Military RDT&E in Israel,

Abstract

This paper does not attempt to fully analyze all aspects of Israeli RDT&E; it has been deliberately limited to the pre-Yom Kippur War military RDT&E experience. It has attempted to abstract from individual instances of success or failure to provide an overview description of processes--especially focusing on the formulation of operational requirements, execution of development and operational testing, and the interactions of the technical and user communities.
