Total System Design Methodology.

Abstract

This report describes the Total Systems Design Methodology, including the philosophy, automated and manual tools and procedures which to support it. It also documents the applications of that methodology to the Navstar Global Positioning System Operational Control Segment system definition and conclusions based on that application. (Author)
