M-X Environmental Technical Report. Alternative Potential Operating Base Locations, Clovis.

Abstract

The area of analysis (AOA) for the Clovis, New Mexico, operating base option is Curry County. The AOA is located in the central section of the designated region of influence (ROI). Clovis and Cannon AFB are the major settlements in the AOA. This section details important environmental characteristics of Clovis and the associated AOA. Effects of construction and operation of an operating base are discussed. (Author)
