M-X Environmental Technical Report. Environmental Characteristics of Alternative Designated Deployment Areas, Traffic.

Abstract

This report is one of a series of technical reports which serve as back-up documentation to the Environmental Impact Statement for the M-X Project. It examines the impacts on traffic and transportation systems associated with the construction and operation of the M-X system. The proposed action and eight alternative system configurations are evaluated individually and the relative impacts of each are identified. (Author)
