M-X Environmental Technical Report. Construction.

Abstract

This report identifies the environmental effects caused directly by construction of the system. The resultant indirect environmental impacts are described within the DEIS and detailed within other ETRs. Major effects due to construction of the system identified within this report are the requirements for land, water, materials and personnel as well as the locations, the timing and the magnitude of each of these resource requirements.
