M-X Environmental Technical Report. SRM.

Abstract

This report documents the assumptions, methods, and data used in the Systematic Ranking Methodology model to estimate the significance of the environmental impacts due to each of the M-X siting alternatives. The SRM model determines a significance of impact for each environmental attribute or resource and for each of four overarching issues. These issues and the attributes subsumed by them are listed. The significance of impact levels are then displayed in several different formats, including histograms and color shaded maps. (Author)
