Analyzing MCCRES Data,

Abstract

The Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation System (MCCRES) is designed to evaluate the state of readiness of Marine units. The present report describes MCCRES and suggests a method for analyzing the data obtained. The analysis determines the weaknesses and strengths of units, helps plan future evaluations, and serves as a tool for planning of training programs. (Author)
