Numerical Methods for Boundary Value Problems.

Abstract

Collocation discretizations of two-point boundary value problems, including parameter dependent problems, are studied. Stability of certain discretizations is established, and their use for the computation of bifurcation diagrams, including the Hopf case, is investigated. Efficient reparameterizations for Hopf problems to allow computation around turning points are also given. (Author)
