H5320 - Lock Filling and Emptying Symmetrical Systems, Program Number 722-F3-RO-5J1,

Abstract

A finite difference scheme is used to determine the flow rate through the culverts and water surface elevation in the chamber during a lock operation. The program is written in G635 time-share series, FORTRAN IV, and is part of a Conversationally Oriented Real-Time Program-Generating System (CORPS). The program consists of a main program, three function subprograms, and six subroutines.
