Control Scheme for the Microprocessor Controlled Lift Module.

Abstract

An experimental, totally self-contained lift module has been demonstrated which was controlled by a microprocessor in preprogrammed or diver selected modes of operation. These included ascent or descent at specific speeds and mid-water hovering. The output of the computer simulation which was used to develop the control logic for the microprocessor agreed favorably with the test results. (Author)
