High Impedance Ion Diode Experiment on Aurora.

Abstract

An ion diode experiment has been performed on the Aurora accelerator. Average proton currents of approx. 50 kA at 5 MeV have been inferred from nuclear diagnostics. Computer simulations agree with the experimental results. (Author)
