Uniform Bases of Exponentials, Neutral Groups, and a Transform Theory for H(m) (a,b).

Abstract

We present a theory relating the completeness and independence properties of sets of complex exponentials in the Sobolev spaces H to the m power (a,b) to strongly continuous groups of bounded operators on H to the m power (a,b).
