Development of Design Review Procedures for Army Air Pollution Abatement Projects. Volume I.

Abstract

This manual presents a detailed design review procedure for the complete range of gaseous and particulate control equipment applicable to air pollution sources at army installations. It includes identification of emission sources, estimation of emission rates, step-by-step design review procedure for available control devices, and economic evaluation of various control alternatives. A case study is presented to explain the use of this manual. Appendices to this report are provided in Volume II. (Author)
