Pretrained Individual Manpower Study.

Abstract

The study reviews and reports on the status of pretrained individual manpower programs and management improvement initiatives being undertaken by the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Military Services. Pretrained individuals considered in this report are defined as military personnel not on active duty who are qualified and available for service upon mobilization. The results of the study include conclusions and recommendations and areas requiring further management attention. (Author)
