Mesoscale Variability of the Atmospheric Wind Field Below 5 KM.

Abstract

This report summarizes the effort and results of an extensive study of the mesoscale wind field. In particular, the temporal and spatial variability of the wind in the first five kilometers of the atmosphere was examined in terms of power law relationships. (Author)
