Abstract

The report presents a detailed project report and environmental impact assessment for the proposed construction of the East Bay Marina, Olympia, Washington. The proposed federal portion of the project would include an entrance channel providing access to the moorage area; a channel providing access to the moorage area; a channel providing access to a public boat launching ramp; a floating breakwater and recreational facilities on the breakwater.
