Abstract

The report is organized in three volumes. Volume I contains the theoretical developments as well as illustrative examples and case studies. Volume II describes two algorithms useful in the analysis of multi-rate systems, the DISCRET and TXCONV computer programs. Volume III contains the listings of all programs and subroutines which comprise DISCRET and TXCONV. (Author)
