Abstract

Extended Task Analysis Procedure (ETAP) is a 12 step process designed to analyze tasks that are primarily procedural in nature and tasks that are usually called 'Soft Skill' Tasks. This report is designed to assist the analyst to do an Extended Task Analysis (ETAP). It is a handy reference for anyone who has already completed training in the use of ETAP. (Author)
