Abstract

Extended Task Analysis Procedure (ETAP) is a 12-step process designed to analyze tasks that are primarily procedural in nature and tasks that are usually called 'soft skill' tasks. This report represents training materials which are introductory to ETAP. Upon completing these materials the student will understand the general ETAP procedure and will be ready to practice using the User's Manual. (Author)
